We have designed this website to improve communications with you, our members. We hope you find the format to be user-friendly and informative.

For identification purposes within the website, each member’s active and unique member number (some having a letter following the member number) has been built into the website to allow you to log into the site and register for tournaments more quickly and easily. All privileges remain the same whether you have a letter after your member number or not. The person who holds the primary (no suffix) number is the individual who is listed first on the membership application. A spouse’s member number is the member number plus an “A”. Children’s membership numbers are the member number and subsequent letters (“B”, “C” and so on).

If this is your first time logging in, your password is your last name, all lowercase, letters only (no spaces, hyphens, or apostrophes).

All members will be prompted to change their password after the initial log-in. Please make a note of this password. If you forget your password, there is no way to retrieve it. In the event that you forget your password, you must go through the "Forgot Password" process. An email will be sent to you containing a unique link that you must click on to reset your password to your default password. Please note that this email will go to the email address in our system provided by you, so please double check that email address to make sure it is an active account that you have access to.
